Is the $1,000 assessment the full implementation?

No. The assessment includes the structured intake/interview, workflow analysis, written report, ROI scenarios, 30-day action plan, and 1-on-1 review call. Any build work is scoped separately after the review.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive your report and review call first. If building a system with Snowline makes sense, we discuss the highest-priority opportunity and quote that work separately.

Do I have to use Snowline for implementation?

No. The roadmap is useful either way. You can use it internally, hand it to another vendor, or ask Snowline to help build the recommended system.

Will you replace the tools we already use?

Not by default. We look for ways to improve the workflow around your current tools first. New software is only recommended when it clearly solves a problem.

Is this just an AI tool recommendation?

No. The assessment looks at your actual workflow: calls, emails, forms, scheduling, follow-ups, admin, handoffs, and client communication. AI and automation are recommended only where they make practical sense.
